Which food contains the least iron?

This excess iron is stored in the heart, liver, pancreas etc. Excess of iron in human body can become the cause for life-threatening diseases like heart problems, liver diseases, diabetes etc. Hereditary hemochromatosis usually appears during the middle ages of one’s life.

As a home remedy to hemochromatosis eating food low in iron content can be considered. Eating cereals at breakfast has to be avoided as it normally contains more of iron.
